Thanks Sandy!!!

Summer 2008 Pictures from Vivian!

Here's a picture of my cousin, Randy who drove up from South Carolina to

visit this summer.  He's originally from Michigan.

My son Matthew is on the end, and my three dogs are in the picture.

The white one is Precious, the black one is Pretty,

and the black & white one is Princess.

They are Peekapoos and weigh between 4 - 5 lbs.

Josephine('69), her daughter, Sarah, her grandson, Liam,

our cousin Randy, and Vivian.

Here is a picture of my cousin, Floyd (he's to my left) and my cousin

Wesley (he's on my right).  One lives in Livonia and the other

lives in Waterford.   I flew out to Michigan last month to visit

Floyd (he has cancer and is not doing very well).

His last wish was to play golf just "one more time",

so I grabbed my clubs and flew to Detroit.  It was a

beautiful and special day!

          Dear Friends...

Please keep Floyd in your Prayers!

Proud Parents, Dennis and Connie Gray(pictured right), celebrate the

wedding of their daughter Nicolle to Andrew Stern at St. Jude's Catholic

Church inCedar Rapids, Iowa on June 21st, 2008.

Congratulations Nicolle!

On behalf of the Class of '71, Randy and Mary Catherine(MC) Biernacki

presented Fr. Kucyka Dallas Cowboy Helmet signed by Roger Staubach.

Being a good Catholic man,the Hall of Fame and former

Cowboy Quarterback graciously personalized thehelmet for us in honor of

Fr. Kucyk's years of dedication to DC.  June 4, 2008

Great to be back in Michigan!  But a trip back is not complete without a

day on Mackinaw!

The few...the brave...and...the absolutely Marvelous...

And so it is said, "Class of '71, you're

looking marvelous!"........

It's a new year everyone!!  The slate is clean.  Forget

the war for a moment.  Forget your aches and pains.

And for heavens sake, forget those resolutions.  We

have plans to make.

Father Kucyk will be celebrating his 80th birthday.  The

annual Alumni Auction is coming up.  The Tigers will

be starting a new season and making another bid

for the penant.  And by May, the sun should be visible

once again.

There is talk of having a get-together this summer and

your input is most welcome.  Perhaps we can crash the

'72 Reunion.   In the meantime, stay posted!

Randy B.

  Randy's Corner

Whenever I travel out of town,

I always leave a note on our whiteboard.

Amidst the shopping list, I always write,

"I Love My Family!"  When I express

those words, it is intended not only for

my wife and kids, but intended for my

friends as well.  Inwardly, 'My Family'

has an extended meaning, as well as,

reminding me of a sense of purpose
